• Therapist Listings: Listings may contain claims of experience, licensing, or specialty. We don’t investigate these claims. Most states require massage therapists to be licensed, but we don’t guarantee a therapist’s licensure, qualifications, or the quality of their services.

• Third-Party Links: This website may link to external sites. We don’t control these sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

• Website Changes: We can change the website’s design and features at any time.

Using Our Content:

• You can view and download a single copy of the website content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• The website content is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Don’t modify, sell, or distribute it without our permission.

• Don’t use our website to transmit illegal content or violate others’ rights. We monitor the website for violations.

Prohibited Activities:

• Don’t copy or aggregate the website content in large amounts.

• Don’t frame or link to our website content without permission.

For Users and Members

General

• When you register, you’ll provide some basic information like your email address and confirm you’re over 18. We protect your privacy and won’t share your information with anyone without your permission (except as required by law). See our Privacy Policy for details (link at the bottom of every page).

• You’re responsible for what you post and the consequences. We don’t guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of user content and don’t endorse any opinions expressed by users.

• Important: It’s your responsibility to verify the credentials and qualifications of any massage therapist you hire.

Limited Liability

• By posting content publicly, you agree to hold 2Hands.club harmless from any claims (e.g., libel, copyright infringement) arising from your posts.

• The website contains advertisements from third parties (advertisers). We’re not responsible for any communication or disputes between you and an advertiser.

• We’re not liable if an advertised service doesn’t perform as expected.

• We have the right to remove users who violate our terms or the law, or remove abusive, illegal, or disruptive content.

• By submitting images, you grant us permission to use them to promote the website and its services. The same applies to text reviews you submit. You also allow other users to access and view your content for personal use. We respect your ownership of your content.

• Listings with irrelevant keywords or misleading content are prohibited.

Advertisers

• Similar to users, advertisers must follow the same privacy and responsibility guidelines.

• This site cannot be used for advertising sexual services or illegal activities. This includes content that could be interpreted as sexual in nature. Content may be removed at our discretion.

• We don’t get involved in negotiations between therapists and clients outside our platform. We’re responsible for advertising content only, not the services themselves.

• Providers must be legally able to operate in Australia. We may request proof of work status at any time. Foreign profiles or those failing to provide evidence may be suspended without a refund.

• We may request verification of profile photos and/or ID. Providers failing to provide this might be suspended.

• Photo IDs and work documents are deleted after verification (or within 30 days).

• Only one profile per individual or business is allowed. Inactive or suspended accounts still count towards this limit. Accounts cannot be transferred.

• 2Hands.club prohibits Queensland members from advertising 4 hand massages or multiple therapists at the same location.

• Profiles with prohibited content will be edited or suspended at our discretion. All content must adhere to our terms and conditions.
